REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

EU / UK customers: to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, use our cancellation form. No physical returns required Because every product is made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we send a replacement or refund without you needing to ship anything back. Keep the original, donate it, or dispose of it as you prefer. Photo evidence required for defect claims For any refund or replacement based on a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. Claims filed without photo evidence cannot be processed. Wrong size ordered If you ordered the wrong size, we'll help. Because print-on-demand means every reprint costs us, we split the cost with you. Email hello@notashape.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the correct size We send you a code for 50% off the same SKU in your preferred size Order the new size using the code. You pay half; we cover half. Keep the original shirt. Return shipping typically costs more than a reprint. Not available for exchanges to a different SKU or colourway (that constitutes a new order). EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order and return it for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right is in addition to the policies above. To exercise this right: Email hello@notashape.co within 14 days of delivery Include your order number and the reason for return (reason is optional but helpful) You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags on, in original condition. We refund the product price and original standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return. Response window We respond to all refund and return inquiries within 2 business days.
