SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over 80$ , Canada orders over 100$, International orders over 120$.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Countries subject to US trade sanctions or embargoes. We do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or the Donetsk / Luhansk regions. This list may be updated based on US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidance. If you place an order to a restricted destination, we'll cancel and refund it.

Freight forwarders and package consolidators. We do not ship to third-party addresses that repackage and forward orders internationally. Orders detected as shipping to a known freight forwarder may be cancelled and refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We aim to process every order within 3–5 business days. If your order is delayed beyond that window, we'll email you with an explanation and one of these options: Wait — we'll ship as soon as the delay clears, no action needed Cancel — full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days Substitute — swap for a different available SKU / colour / size at the same price Delays outside our direct control (extreme weather, carrier strikes, printer equipment failure, customs holds on international shipments) are not eligible for additional compensation beyond the options above. We'll always tell you what's happening; we won't stay silent.

Made-to-order fulfillment Every product is made-to-order. When your order is placed, the print file is sent to our print partner and your shirt is printed specifically for you. This means: Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is ever backordered in the traditional sense Delivery timelines start when the shirt is printed, not when the order is placed Order changes are only possible within 2 hours of placement, after which the file is queued for printing Business days definition "Business days" throughout this policy means Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays and any dates we announce as closed via our home page announcement bar or Instagram (@notashape). Address accuracy You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you are responsible for any re-shipping costs.
