"I don't like shopping. I hate my body."
A friend said that out loud, in the fitting room, while everyone else was picking up tops to try. Four words.
That evening, she asked me, "What is my shape? Am I a pear? Am I an apple?" I said: You're a woman. What do you mean, what is your shape?
That was the whole conversation. And the whole brand.
